Functional Enhancements for Longevity

Anti-Pilling Finish

Pilling (the formation of small fiber balls on the surface) can diminish the premium feel of a garment. We apply specialized chemical treatments to suppress pilling, ensuring the fabric maintains a clean, smooth appearance for longer.

Anti-Slip (Slip-Resistant) Finish

Utilizing specialized resins, we treat fabrics to prevent yarn slippage at seams. Please note that this resin treatment may result in a slightly firmer or tackier hand-feel, which we can calibrate based on your requirements.

Water Repellent Finish

For outerwear and performance-oriented pieces, we offer high-standard water repellency. Since durability varies depending on the specific fiber content, we recommend pre-production testing to ensure the finish meets your brand’s performance standards.

UV Protection & Light Fastness

We provide treatments that enhance UV protection (helping to prevent sunburn for the wearer) and improve light fastness (preventing the garment from fading when exposed to sunlight). This is particularly effective for summer collections and outdoor apparel.

Texture & Aesthetic Control

Wrinkle (Crinkle) Processing

We can apply intentional wrinkles to create a relaxed, textured aesthetic. As we do not utilize permanent shape-memory resins for this specific process, these effects are temporary and may soften after washing. This is ideal for achieving a natural, effortless look.

Hand-Feel & Softening Treatments

The "touch" of a garment is its first impression. We utilize a variety of softening agents tailored to your desired result:

  • Standard Softeners: For a classic, comfortable feel.
  • Silicone-Based: For a slick, luxurious smoothness.
  • Silk Protein & Natural Oils: For a sophisticated, organic, and skin-friendly texture.
  • Resin Finishes: Conversely, we can apply resins to add crispness, body, and stiffness to the fabric.
