Important Notice for New Clients

We are currently accepting inquiries from brands that can provide clear project specifications.

  • Priority Handling: Inquiries that include finalized pattern data in DXF format will be given priority in our production schedule.
  • Response Policy: Due to the high volume of inquiries, we only respond to projects that meet our intake criteria. Unfortunately, we cannot reply to inquiries that do not meet these requirements.

Inquiry Requirements

To proceed with a project review, the following information is mandatory:

  • Brand Identity: You must provide your Brand Website and Instagram URL.
  • Tech Pack / Specifications: You are required to upload a Tech Pack (Specification Sheet) that includes a detailed Technical Drawing.
